Launch pricing in 2013 was quoted at roughly ฿140,000–167,000 per sqm depending on the source, so do not assume capital growth from this building's own history. The building sits at the Sukhumvit end of Soi 61, at the Ekkamai junction. A cinema, a supermarket and a 7-Eleven are within about 150 metres, the Bangkok Planetarium is across Sukhumvit Road, and Gateway Ekamai and the cafés and restaurants of Ekkamai Road are a short walk beyond the station. Being this close to Sukhumvit Road is what makes the walk short, and it is also why the address is not a secluded one.

Choose RHYTHM for height, a panoramic lounge and co-working space; choose MODE for low density and a bigger standard one-bedroom, often at a lower price per square metre.
