One detailed account describes maintenance technicians repeatedly failing to show or arriving very late across four scheduled visits, a front desk with no English, a steam room that takes twelve minutes to come on, and a gym with a mosquito problem. Separately, a two-year resident flags the installed air-conditioning as old technology — loud, and heavy enough on electricity to put a normal monthly bill in the ฿8,000–10,000 range, so ask what has been fitted in the specific unit rather than assuming.
