Security is repeatedly called excellent and the staff attentive, parking is described as convenient and the guest reception area as clean and private. Residents reach for the words quiet and relaxing more than any others.

Common complaints: Critical accounts are rare, and the one on record concerns door-staff manner: a resident describes being spoken to poorly by someone on the entrance team and asks for training, which sits directly against several other residents praising the same staff warmly. One voice, and contested. Note also that the most detailed review of this building was written by someone who walked past and imagined living there rather than by a resident — worth knowing when weighing how favourable the sample looks. The checkable trade-offs: it completed around 2008–09, so at roughly seventeen years old condition varies unit by unit, and despite the calm compound feel this is not a boutique building at around 556 units across two towers. Reported distance to BTS Chit Lom also varies widely between sources, from a couple of hundred metres to nearer six hundred — and measured on the map, the longer figure is the right one: about 600 metres to the nearest Chit Lom exit, seven or eight minutes, because Soi Somkid runs a long way back from Ploenchit Road.
