Bear in mind two things residents raise: illegal short-term letting, and an MRT walk longer than the map suggests.
Who Belle Grand Rama 9 suits: Suits a family or long-stay tenant who wants a two- or three-bedroom with a big pool deck, a mall downstairs and Central Rama 9 nearby, at a mid-market price.
