It is a boutique 31-storey building rather than a mass-market tower, and the residents who are happy here rate it highly.
Common complaints:
One complaint dominates and it is very specific: humidity, and the mould that follows it. Separate residents writing across a five-year span describe black or green mould returning within days on built-in furniture, wardrobes and drawers despite regular professional cleaning, and several report wooden flooring lifting where moisture got under it. One recounts being advised by the juristic office itself to buy a ฿18,000 dehumidifier at their own cost; another was told at reception that the building runs humid. Some aspects get very little daylight, which does not help.
