The yield case is weak by design; buy it to live in it or to hold a scarce address, not to rent it out.
Who The Strand Thonglor suits: Suits an owner-occupier who wants the Thonglor entrance without the Thonglor commute, a buyer who values a 188-unit building over a 700-unit one, and anyone who will actually use a super-prime spec — the automated car stacker, the EV charging, the 27th-floor clubhouse.
