It is the mid-level plant floor, the water pump room for every tower sits there, staff attend it around the clock — one resident reports door-banging checks as often as hourly through the night — and the water pipes make the humidity noticeably higher. Second, the gym runs hot: a resident measured 28–29°C and reports the juristic office answered that better air-conditioning is difficult to provide, which they considered an inadequate response. Third, and more serious, one resident describes staff treating foreign and Thai residents differently — Thai residents greeted and helped with their belongings, foreigners ignored, worst at the back entrance — and says other residents share the concern. That sits against several accounts praising the staff as respectful, so treat it as contested rather than established; but if you are buying as a foreigner, spend time at both entrances before you decide. Smaller notes: there is no BBQ area, and internet and mobile reception have been patchy.
