English เอริค (เอบ) รูบิน ผู้จัดการ PropertySights Real Estate:
สวัสดีครับ ยินดีที่ได้รู้จัก
ผมชื่อเอริค เป็นกรรมการผู้จัดการบริษัท Rubin Global Co., Ltd. ผมอยากจะแนะนำตัวเอง ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับประวัติความเป็นมาของตัวผม และแน่นอน วิสัยทัศน์ของผมที่มีต่อบริษัท
การเดินทางของผมเข้าสู่แวดวงอสังหาริมทรัพย์ เริ่มต้นที่มหาวิทยาลัย Ariel ประเทศอิสราเอล ซึ่งผมได้ศึกษาปริญญาตรีเกียรตินิยม Economics and Business Management, with a minor in Real Estate Appraisal. Upon graduating, I became a real estate assessor in a local Law and Appraisal firm before moving on to my employment at Anglo-Saxon, Israel’s largest real estate brokerage corporation.
ด้วยความรู้และประสบการณ์มากขึ้นจากการเรียนรู้จากผู้นําในอุตสาหกรรม ผมย้ายไปสิงคโปร์และเริ่มส่งเสริมการตลาด Australian real-estate in the Singaporean markets. I gained a lot of real-life business experience and developed a better understanding of the business foundations and demands.
ด้วยความรู้ทั้งหมด ผมจึงตัดสินใจย้ายมาที่กรุงเทพฯ ด้วยความหลงไหลด้วยวิถีชีวิตที่ผ่อนคลาย วัฒนธรรมโดดเด่น และการพัฒนาอย่างรวดเร็ว กรุงเทพฯ กลายเป็นบ้านหลังที่สองของผมอย่างรวดเร็ว
ประเทศไทยเป็นที่รู้จักอย่างแพร่หลายในอีกชื่อหนึ่งว่า ‘ประเทศแห่งรอยยิ้ม’ เพราะประชากรที่เป็นมิตรและเข้าถึงได้ ผมตั้งใจจะรักษาประเพณีนี้เอาไว้ โดยทําให้มั่นใจว่าทั้งตัวผมและทีมงาน PropertySights Real Estate ยินดีที่จะได้ช่วยเหลือบริการลูกค้า ด้วยรอยยิ้มเสมอ
ด้วยประสบการณ์การทํางานในประเทศอิสราเอล สิงคโปร์ และเมืองไทย ผมคุ้นเคยเป็นอย่างดีกับการค้นหา "อสังหาริมทรัพย์และทําเลที่ดีเยี่ยม" และเข้าใจดีว่าการค้นหานั้นยากเพียงใด นี่คือเหตุผลว่าทําไมผมจึงอยากรวบรวมข้อมูลทั้งหมดให้แก่ผู้อ่านไว้ในที่เดียว เพื่ออํานวยความสะดวกในการตัดสินใจสําคัญต่างๆ พร้อมกับประหยัดเวลาในการค้นคว้าข้อมูลเองของท่าน
