Our Mission

PropertySights was built to cut through the confusion of Bangkok's real estate market. Too many buyers and renters pay too much, or sign leases they don't fully understand. We believe everyone deserves access to clear information, honest advice, and the best available deal — with no fees and no pressure.

Our story

2012
Starting out in Bangkok
I started the business in 2012, young and new to the city — and, honestly, doing about as much partying as working. Helping renters and buyers find a place without charging them a fee was the rule from day one.
2014
A coup, a frozen market, and my first failure
Political unrest and the military coup brought the economy to a standstill. I could no longer justify losing time and money in a market that had stopped moving, so I closed the business and spent a year working in Singapore.
2015
Back in Bangkok as SingThai Realty
By mid-2015 I was back in Bangkok, starting again under a new name: SingThai Realty.
2016
A first team, a first office
By the end of 2016 the team had grown enough to need a home of its own, so we rented our first office and ran the business from there.
2018
Growing together
The team on Koh Samet, celebrating a good year — plus the company dinners and a speedboat out to the snorkelling spots that became our tradition.
2020
The pandemic, and six months as a caregiver
COVID-19 closed the market almost overnight, and the same year I learned my mother had stage-4 cancer. I went home and spent six months caring for her. My world had collapsed — but the team kept the agency running.
2021
Fifteen days in quarantine to get home
Thailand kept strict entry rules for foreigners through the pandemic. Coming back meant the arrivals hall, a 15-day quarantine, and a market that had to be rebuilt.
2022
SingThai Realty becomes PropertySights
In 2022 we rebranded as PropertySights — the same team and the same free-for-you rule, under the name we carry today.
