What you'll do

Follow up enquiries that come in through propertysights.com, by phone and on LINE
Match clients with suitable condos and arrange viewings
Show units, negotiate with owners and close sale and rental deals
Keep clients updated through to contract signing and move-in

What we're looking for

Thai nationality, fluent Thai
English is a plus — conversational English is a strong advantage
Valid motorbike driving licence (company motorbike provided)
Bachelor's degree in any field; fresh graduates welcome
Service-minded, punctual, and able to do some weekend viewings

Pay: Base salary + uncapped commission

Listing / Admin Coordinator

Keep our listings accurate and our owners happy — the back office that makes deals possible.

What you'll do

Create and update property listings, prices and photos on the website
Contact owners to confirm availability and collect unit details
Coordinate viewing schedules with the consultant team
Prepare and file documents for rentals and sales

What we're looking for

Thai nationality, fluent Thai; basic English reading and writing
Comfortable with computers and LINE
Organised and detail-oriented
Bachelor's degree in any field; fresh graduates welcome

Frequently asked questions

Do I need real estate experience?

No. We train new consultants from the basics, and fresh graduates are welcome. Experience is a plus, not a requirement.

How good does my English need to be?

Thai fluency is required. Many of our clients are foreigners, so conversational English is a strong advantage for consultants — but basic English is fine to start, and you will improve on the job.

Do I need my own car or motorbike?

No. Consultants get a company motorbike for viewings. You only need a valid motorbike driving licence.

How is pay structured?

Consultants earn a base salary plus commission on every deal they close, with no cap on commission. The Listing / Admin Coordinator is paid a monthly salary. We discuss the details at interview.
