Park Origin Thonglor is a 64 m² 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in Thonglor. Set on a high floor with double-height glazing, the unit pairs dark timber flooring with warm wood panelling, and its floor-to-ceiling windows frame a wide city skyline that changes the mood of every room throughout the day.
Living Area
The living space rises to a double-height ceiling with a slanted wooden beam feature and a built-in TV console set into a white feature wall. Full-height windows and a sliding glass door open onto a narrow balcony ledge with built-in seating, while a dining table sits just in front of the mirrored hallway leading to a guest bathroom.
Kitchen
The kitchen runs along one wall with mirrored upper cabinets, a stainless steel hood and built-in microwave, a stone countertop with sink and hob, and a front-loading washing machine tucked beneath the counter. Warm timber-look lower cabinetry and framed artwork on the adjacent wall give the space a lived-in, decorated finish.
Bedrooms
One bedroom features a corner window with dramatic angled glazing overlooking the skyline, timber wall panelling, and a mattress dressed in protective covering. A second, more compact bedroom shows built-in wardrobe panelling, a wood-lined ceiling and wall, and a short hallway leading to the entrance door, with an air-conditioning unit mounted above.
Bathrooms
A guest bathroom is visible off the main living area through a mirrored corridor, fitted with a toilet and finished in light tiling, glimpsed through an open door alongside the entry hall storage.

The area is served by BTS Thong Lor on the Sukhumvit Line, with The Commons and Donki Mall Thonglor both within easy reach for dining, shopping and everyday errands.
About Park Origin Thonglor
What residents say about Park Origin Thonglor
What residents praise:
The facilities are why people move here, and residents do not undersell them: more than 60 of them across the three towers, including the sky bridge linking the buildings, an onsen, several pools, a large gym and co-working space — more than one resident describes it as closer to a five-star hotel than a condominium. The Thonglor Soi 10 position puts Donki Mall and the district's dining within a walk, the upper-floor views are among the best in the area, and staff are described as caring and proactive. One resident credits the building's Japanese-standard, anti-seismic construction with how secure it felt during the earthquake.
Common complaints:
The recurring complaint is that a great many of those headline facilities have not been available. After the March 2025 earthquake, repairs to the connecting sky bridge ran on for months; residents describe the Building B pool locked, the Building C pool out of use and the Building C rooftop closed, with loud repair works alongside. Accounts continuing into mid-2026 still report the steam room and onsen not working, with management answering only that it is in hand. Residents make the fair point that the maintenance fee did not fall while the amenities were unusable. Around that sit reports of lifts breaking down too often, the Building A sauna failing repeatedly, mosquitoes in the front garden and onsen water that never gets properly warm. Residents also differ sharply on how the tower feels since the earthquake — one credits its anti-seismic engineering, another reports noticeable movement on windy days — so if that weighs on you, ask the juristic office which inspection was carried out and read the report yourself rather than taking either account for it.
